Shipping:
Sassy Cinnamon ships orders Monday-Friday. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing for in stock items. Orders placed Friday evening, weekends and select holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Customers will receive an email confirming shipment as well as a tracking information.

Return Policy:
It is important to us at Sassy Cinnamon that you are happy with your purchase. Web orders are eligible for an exchange or store credit if returned within 7 days of delivery. Store Credit will be given in the form of an online E-Gift Card that will be sent to the original email used on the order. An exchange may be made for a different size of the same item originally purchased or for a different item with the possibility of a payment difference that will either be owed to Sassy Cinnamon or given in the form of Store Credit. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. All items must be unworn in original condition, with tags attached.

*SALE items are FINAL SALE and may not be returned, exchanged or used for store credit. We cannot accept items that have been worn, washed or altered in any way. NO EXCEPTIONS. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear.
